Yes, folks, I didn't make a mistake in the title! Bishop Emeritus Rene H. Gracida of the Diocese of Corpus Christi, Texas is apparently willing to take on the IRS by releasing a radio ad in which he expliciting states that Catholics cannot vote for a pro-abortion candidate, AND that Barack Hussein Obama is a pro-abortion candidate!
